Cancellation policy

• Can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation. 

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 48 Hours or 2 days of order. Please WhatsApp or write to us at regalliyaa@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Regalliyaa and accepts that Regalliyaa’s decision regarding the cancellation.

• In any urgent case of cancellation the courier charges if the product is in transit and the transaction charges by the bank will be deducted from the amount and rest will be refunded. Refund processing may take upto 7-10 business days.

 

Important Information

• Custom or Personalized Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
• Communication: We will communicate the status of your cancellation request via email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate when placing your order.
