By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Return & Cancellation Policy (24 Hours Only)
Customers can request a return or cancellation within 24 hours of delivery only, subject to valid reasons mentioned below.
Returns will be accepted strictly on the following grounds:

Wrong product delivered

Size received is different from the size ordered

Manufacturing defect
Returns will NOT be accepted:

If you do not like the color, material, or fit

For slight color variations (10–12%) due to screen resolution

If the product has been worn, washed, torn, stained, burnt, or damaged

Without a proper unboxing video
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or wrong product.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

All original tags and packaging must be intact

The product must be returned in original condition

Unboxing video must clearly show package opening
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after product inspection.

Refund will be initiated within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.

Refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Shipping charges & COD charges are non-refundable.

Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Sale or discounted products

Products purchased using coupon codes or gift vouchers

Made-to-order items (Lehenga, Sarees, Indo Western)

Personalized/customized products

Lehenga, Sarees & Indo Western category items
5. Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)
We offer size exchange only, subject to availability.
Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Exchange:

Product must be unused with original tags

Exchange allowed once per order

Reverse shipping charges to be paid by customer

If size not available, store credit will be issued

Store credit valid for 30 days

Credit must be used in a single transaction
